ADULT GAMES INFORMATION

1. All adult participants must be 15 years of age or older.

2. Team Games:

o Registration in team sports after June 6^th will not be accepted unless a team is lacking a player.

o Participants can register ONLY for Basketball or Volleyball due to scheduling conflicts. There are a limited number of spots for Teams, so early registrants will have priority.

o The number of players for Team Games is as noted. There will be absolutely “NO EXCEPTIONS”.

3. Basketball: This event can be Co-ed. Co-ed teams are recommended. 5 members plus maximum of 3 reserves.

4. Volleyball: This event will be Co-ed. There is a minimum of 2 females per team. One female player must be playing on the court at all times. 6 members plus maximum of 2 reserves.

5. Individual Games:

o Track: Men and women will compete separately in this event.

o Tennis: Men and women will compete separately in this event.

o Ping Pong: Men and women will compete separately in this event.

o Swimming: Men and women will compete separately in this event.

YOUTH GAMES INFORMATION

1. All youth participants must be 7 to under 15 years old.

2. All games in this category are being offered at a very low cost to the players to encourage participation.

3. There are other fun events scheduled for youths under 7 years old that are not included as a part of this registration form.

4. Participants will be grouped by age and gender.

5. Team Games (Basketball):

o Minimum of two teams are required to hold this event.

o The games may be Co-ed. 5 members plus 2 reserves. In case of insufficient members to make a team, you will be informed accordingly.

o The number of players for Basketball is as noted. There will be absolutely “NO EXCEPTIONS”.

o Participants with NO team may sign up as individuals.

6. Individual Games:

o Track: Boys and girls will compete separately.

o Swimming: Boys and girls will compete separately.

GAME/CAMP PACKAGES

1. Full Package: Includes 4 nights accommodation, meals (4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 dinner on July 1st), t-shirt, transportation (to and from airport, LAX and LGB Only) and games. One team game and three individual games.

2. Adult Games: Includes One team game and three individual games.

3. Youth Games: Includes One team game and three individual games.

4. $50.00 deposit for room and meal cards will be required at check-in time. Upon return of room and meal cards, deposit will be returned by ZSC at check-out time. Full package has been priced below cost in order to urge all participants to stay overnight on campus. Space is limited.

SOCIAL EVENTS

1. Disco Night will be held at The Point on Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB) Campus.

2. Evening at the Long Beach Pike (www.thepikeatlongbeach.com): Free night at Rainbow Harbor’s waterfront in Long Beach with your friends to enjoy restaurants, comedy clubs, theater, arcades and plenty more. Transportation from CSULB to the Long Beach Pike will be provided at minimal cost. Advance reservation for transportation required. Price listed above is for transportation ONLY.

3. Banquet will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Long Beach (www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/lgbrn-renaissance-long-beach-hotel/ at the heart of the entertainment district.*

4. Tickets for all social events are limited.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Late Fees: Late fees will be charged according to the postmarked stamp date if mailed in.

2. Cancellation Fees:

o Prior to March 29, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

o After March 29, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

o After April 27, a 70% cancellation fee will apply.

o After June 6, there will be NO refunds.

o There will be NO refunds for any of the social event tickets.

3. ZSC reserves the right to verify participant’s age (Adult and Youth).

4. Each team should have its own uniform.

5. Participants in the sporting events must be Zarathushti.

6. If for any reason, there is not enough players signed up for a particular event, ZSC reserves the right to cancel that event. Registrants will be notified by ZSC.
